    Ready to take your calisthenics to the next level?

    Here's how my online coaching works:

     

    After a consultation call where we discuss your goals I will design you a plan to follow based on your specific needs. This can be purely calisthenics or can include a mixture of cali plus regular weight training. It can be home based or gym based depending on your preference and the number of sessions each week will be up to you. 

     

    You will film yourself completing the exercises and I will give you feedback on your form and technique via text, videos and voice messages each week.

     

    I recommend signing up for at least 3 months so that you will actually see some progress but there is no minimum compulsory sign up (most of my clients have been with me about 6 months, some even longer!)

    "After the COVID pandemic I joined a weightlifting gym because I had gained a significant amount of weight and was introduced to bodybuilding. Over the course of time I realized I had lost the joy in being active and exercising. It had turned into something superficial and I wasn’t happy with myself or my body. 

    That’s when I discovered calisthenics. I didn’t think it would ever be possible for me to do it, so for months I just watched Instagram post/reels. One day I just said what the hell I want to try this, this is motivating to me and I contacted Chloe. 

     

    She was very encouraging, my self esteem was very low not only for my weight but because it was CALISTHENICS! It was super hard in the beginning and at some points I would think to myself that it wouldn’t be possible! But Chloe’s motivating words kept pushing me. She is extremely patient and takes the time to explain how to fix your form or want to do differently. I live in California and I can tell you that sometimes I feel she is quicker to respond that my precious trainers.

    During the whole process of training with Chloe, I gained back the joy of exercising. It no longer was about how my body looked but about how my form looked! Looking back at my training videos, I could barely do half a banded dip rep, I wasn’t even close to doing a wall handstand. 

    Now I am close to doing bodyweight dips, and handstand without the wall! "
