  • Do I need to have any calisthenics experience to join?
    No! Level 1 has been created for complete newbies to calisthenics and will help you start building up your basic strength to work towards pull ups, push ups, dips plus some beginner skills. If you are new to calisthenics but you already train regularly at the gym you may even be able to start at Level 2.
  • How many days per week is the program?
    The program includes 3 workouts per week plus an optional mobility routine you can complete on a rest day. The workouts are more upper body focused so you may want to include a lower body strength day to your week. You can add your own workouts into the app so you can keep track of your training as a whole.
  • Do I have to train at the gym and what equipment do I need?
    The program is ideally completed at the gym or at home if you have certain equipment. Alternatives are always given where possible (for example, if your gym does not have parallettes, you can use dumbbells). If you do plan on working out at home you will need access to a pull up bar, some parallettes and dip bars, although you can also make do with your at home furniture if you are willing to be a bit creative! There is a video on the app explaining what equipment is needed and recommendations if you wish to invest in some of your own.
  • How do I get access to the community group?
    The community group is hosted on the app- you will automatically be added to the level that you enrol onto. The group provides an opportunity to connect with others who are completing the program, ask each other for tips and advice, get coaching advice from the Cali Club coaches and celebrate your wins with the group.
  • Can I re-join if I need to take some time off?
    If you need to cancel your subscription at any point you can, then when you want to re-join you can start from where you left off in the 6 month program.
  • How long is the program?
    The program is 6 months in total. This is to ensure we can introduce as many skills as possible, cover all of the knowledge and information needed plus give you enough time to build up your strength and endurance to be able to make progress with your skills. Calisthenics is a long term journey and cannot be mastered in a matter of weeks. You will also have access to all of this information for life so that you can continue with your training after the 6 months is up.
  • What if I fall behind the schedule?
    You can work through the program at your own pace. New sessions get added on a weekly basis until the 6 months are complete but you will have access to the whole program for life. This means you can take longer to work on certain areas/training sessions if you need.
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    Simply head to 'My Purchases' to do this. To get to 'My Purchases'; Log onto https://app.fitr.training/ via a web browser Head to the drop down profile menu and select 'Billing' Select 'My Purchases' Use the action menu to the right of each program to see the available options. This will include, depending on the program and status: Cancel Subscription Resume Subscription Reschedule
